RM4 Mini - no device found, ensure the device is not locked
Hey there! Been getting this error recently after my RM4 Mini updated its firmware to V62092.
"no device found, ensure the device is not locked"
No changes to my network or homebridge container.
If I remember correctly, when the firmware is updated, the device is blocked again in the Brodalink application ... did you check that?

Hi Gaston - It was unchecked. I just toggled the button and it still does not work.

I am also experiencing the same issue as of v62093 firmware on my RM 4 PRO and continue to see issues after toggling the "lock device" setting.
My RM4 mini is having the same issue after I updated the plugin to v4.4.12. The RM4 does not have Internet access so the firmware has not been updated.
same here for RM4 pro
Updated to v4.4.13 and still have the same issue. Also tried updating Node.js from 16.20 to 18.16 by running sudo hb-service update-node
but made no difference.
Not sure if it helped, but I unplugged RM4 mini for about 2 days and it started working once it got reconnected.
Hey fellows, any updates here? I'm experiencing the same thing with my rm4 pro having V62093 :(

Many thx, it helped me too. spent hours today trying to get the new unit working...now let's see what to do when a new firmware version is released...
