It's a fake open-source project with only a README. A fork of [jgraph/drawio-desktop](https://github.com/jgraph/drawio-desktop), which uses Apache-2.0 license. That's bad.
Looks like emoji is not support for both rendering method in settings. Nor it affected by custom font families.
