I've made changes in QWT-cross preparation.bat so this issue mostly for R4.0 users. But power_settings.bat looks more reasonable.

Same behavior after return from suspending. Got this issue after kernel changing 4.14 -> 4.19.43-1. Switching back to 4.14.119-2 version fix the problem.
