This should now be fixed in https://github.com/jesseduffield/lazydocker/releases/tag/v0.21.1 (waiting on homebrew to merge it). Sorry it took so long! Thanks to @mark2185 for the fix
worth noting that filtering logs based on a filter would be far easier than searching through logs as discussed in https://github.com/jesseduffield/lazydocker/issues/33, because we could just store the filter in state...

Is this something that can be fixed by bumping the docker SDK from within lazydocker or do users just need to update their docker versions?
