In talking with @nairiboo I'm wondering if we would get multiple additional capabilities like this from implementing a rich text editor in the annotation creation window.

One possibility here would be to enable schools or instructors to add a Hypothesis link to the navigation. I believe this could cover pathways for both an instructor and student...
