Emoji option for responding to annotations

Would create another option for students interacting with each other, lower ask than full text reply.

Perusall has this feature. (And we all know how fun it can be in Slack, right.)

In talking with @nairiboo I'm wondering if we would get multiple additional capabilities like this from implementing a rich text editor in the annotation creation window.
