Same issue with flathub flatpack versions 4.0.2 and 4.0.1 on Zorin OS Core 18.
Try this to remove some part of the cache, for me it solved the issue: https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/8999#issuecomment-3515919482 "For me removing all files in ~/.var/app/com.nextcloud.desktopclient.nextcloud/cache/Nextcloud/qmlcache solved the problem."
