Now I've tried all versions of driver... and different cables etc. nothing worked.

The strange thing is that it worked perfectly for 1 month. Then I’ve restarted the synology… now its broke.
After many tests, new cables etc. I've found out cable length is a big issue. Over 5m does not support higher speeds...
