Go to Administer > Content Management > Content Types > Folder. In the Organic Groups section, select _Wiki Group Post_. (See Issue #35.)

sayadav has it right. kdmcguire, try those instructions. The folder icon shows up in your groups regardless of whether you have the Folders content type able to be posted into...

For existing folders you'll then need to edit them and set them to the appropriate group [again.]
