The logic appears to be working correctly, but testing this to ensure there aren't odd cases where things are wrong would be helpful. Going to move this to `Future Release`...

Per [bugscrub](https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C7TK8FBUJ/p1535488127000200) today, we're keeping this in the `1.0.0` release.

Per discussion in Slack, we're punting this to `Future Release` as this is technically challenging and may prove to be more effort than we can commit to for `1.0.0`.
