I just added build instructions for Visual Studio 2019 in README.md, could you please let me know if they work for you?

I'm afraid I forgot to tell you that __there have been breaking changes to the API for the next release__ and those functions have been renamed... (e.g. `frNumberPixelsToMeters()` ➡️ `frPixelsToUnits()`)...
