@richrace I installed 0.13.1 and that fixed everything. Thank you. I have messed with it for a few minutes and so far I can't get this bug to happen.

I'm surprised Steam VR doesn't have their own version of this. I guess Valve hasn't seen value in camera hand tracking. They don't even seem interested in their own cameras...
