**Describe the issue** Regarding [CKV_GCP_74](https://github.com/bridgecrewio/checkov/blob/master/checkov/terraform/checks/resource/gcp/GoogleSubnetworkPrivateGoogleEnabled.py), when the **purpose** of **google_compute_subnetwork** is set to **"INTERNAL_HTTPS_LOAD_BALANCER"** the **"private_ip_google_access"** attribute is not supported. I see that [CKV_GCP_26](https://github.com/bridgecrewio/checkov/blob/master/checkov/terraform/checks/resource/gcp/GoogleSubnetworkLoggingEnabled.py) has adopted this concerning flow logs.
