CKV_GCP_74 subnetwork with assigned INTERNAL_HTTPS_LOAD_BALANCER purpose

Describe the issue Regarding CKV_GCP_74, when the purpose of google_compute_subnetwork is set to "INTERNAL_HTTPS_LOAD_BALANCER" the "private_ip_google_access" attribute is not supported. I see that CKV_GCP_26 has adopted this concerning flow logs.
