This is probably already implemented; putting into v1 to check.

It's really weird to have a table and not be able to do this on iOS and macOS. Putting into v1.

It feels like there's a lot of work that can be done to improve the generic thumbnail detection, so I'm going to put this one into future for the time...

Performance seems good enough for a v1 right now; pushing into future.

Definitely something I'd like to do for v1.
