Ensure updates fail if a single failure (e.g. row deserialisation) is encountered

Right now errors are swallowed during a full update from Pinboard. This is obviously pretty bad and may mask systematic errors. They should result in an update failure, and be surfaced to the user.

This is probably already implemented; putting into v1 to check.
