`Select` seems to not longer be experimental anymore, I'm interested in implementing this feature, do you have particular planning on this yet?

just start the web server on localhost, and make a simple browser extension or even just a bookmarklet to send a HTTP request to localhost will do the job

please remove those generated `.min.js` files so we can have a better diff

@davydog187 CMIW, by using IntersectionObserver API, there is no need to do such detection at all.

The polyfill is ~7KB compressed, I'm not sure if it's a performance concern for some of us.
