We are seeing this as well on Android 5.1.1 and @react-native-picker/picker 2.2.1.

`new NativeEventEmitter()` was called with a non-null argument without the required `addListener` method.

Update: I have upgraded `file-type` in steps, and found that the `fs` error starts in version 13.
