Advertising doesn't work in background iOS

Hi, I'm trying to advertise my app as iBeacon, everything works well with Android (it works in foreground and background as well), but in iOS it doesn't work in background....

marker current position draw marker problem

Sometimes marker that has position="current-location" draws in Africa, i think in [0,0] coords, because it's a middle (attach screenshots). Don't know why, does anybody had same problem? I see that...

Can't install plugin

When i trying to add plugin cordova plugin add https://github.com/card-io/card.io-Cordova-Plugin --save nothing happens, its just freeze. Cordova version 7.0.1 Cordova plugin add -verbose log: No scripts found for hook "before_plugin_add"....
