Can't install plugin

When i trying to add plugin cordova plugin add https://github.com/card-io/card.io-Cordova-Plugin --save nothing happens, its just freeze.

Cordova version 7.0.1 Cordova plugin add -verbose log: No scripts found for hook "before_plugin_add". Calling plugman.fetch on plugin "https://github.com/card-io/card.io-Cordova-Plugin" saving Running command: npm install https://github.com/card-io/card.io-Cordova-Plugin --save

Same is happening with our project...

Card.io plugin takes too much time to install, I think probably you are thinking that it is freezing, while it is not.
