I have this issue too... both Safari and iOS. Urgently need a fix please!
Oh, and I've mentioned this before: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-geo-bizarre-archive-page-map-and-widget-issue?replies=4 This is still the case. Without the WP Category Map widget in place, the Archive map doesn't load.
