I use [py3dtilers](https://github.com/VCityTeam/py3dtilers) which allows to transform citygml, obj, geojson and ifc files to 3d-tiles.

A rework of the labels is planned and moving label rendering to webgl is foreseen.

Closing since @gchoqueux provided a solution (pre-processing reprojection). We also openned #1925 that could also help you.

@zarov yep, I'll start a draft in a new PR with propositions that came up while starting contributing to iTowns.

This is related to being able to invalidate layer caches and to allow for a layer to redraw (or re-fetch data for other usecases such as #1863 ). I think...
