Can you add this to the kernel parameters: acpi.aml_debug_output=1
Use `sudo kernelstub -a acpi.aml_debug_output=1` and then reboot

Our current edk2 platform does not use the Timeout variable, as @crawfxrd mentioned. We might think about fixing this.
