Any update on this.

Is there a way to turn off the KeyVaultReferenceManager it missing with our app settings?

We are seeing this same issue when we updated our package from 1.0.0 to 1.3.0, What is the release date for the fix?

this is happening to me. Basically the bicep for appsettings is auto reformatting my datetime

the startFromTime is suppose to be ISO 8601, I put a string literal and try to use dateTimeFromEpoch which converts to ISO 8601 and your app setting bicep still auto...

Any update on this? There is still have no documentation other than this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/app/powershell#create-the-azure-resource-manager-template which does not show the schema.
