I was fixing the conda package. conda has it's own lapack package and doesn't need to use the DLLs checked into this repo. I can make simbody use the lapack...

EDIT: I had compiled LLVM in debug mode earlier in the new machine. Here are the plots for the new timings.  A closer look,
