conda-build's output is not deterministic, but we can sort the variants using the original order that they came from where `*-cos7-x86_64` comes first.

That was a conda-build-all error. I've restarted it. For windows, there's no testing. Can you try doing a rerender of a feedstock manually and see if it works?
