Could you please also try deleting app altogether and then downloading newest version of the app?

I have contacted coingate support in order to find out if there is any issues on their side. Will update their response here

@hamodasy Were you prompted to download private keys before top up? Do you remember saving a file before top up? If so, you should find the file in your downloads...

Could you please go to your old device and access your identity? Once you do that, please download backup file again and it will prompt you to create new passphrase....

What is the error message you are experiencing upon downloading?
