@hamodasy Were you prompted to download private keys before top up? Do you remember saving a file before top up? If so, you should find the file in your downloads folder. It should look like this 0xb4010bc72342e73afab6b1768351f932bd9564c4.json but with different numbers and letters.

If you can find that I could manually conclude the payment and the MYST will go to your identity.
