It's hard to understand what the problem is just from this. When you launch the file_player, does the GUI open correctly? Does it load the folder? Does the issue only occur when you try to play? Understanding how you are using it would help in solving the problem. Otherwise, I recommend watching and following the tutorial video provided in the README (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uU-FC-GmHXA&t=45s).

@dongjae0107 I also encountered this problem for several times. I can run the file_player successfully But when I load the sample data as the video, the node failed the log showed "Stamp data are loaded, [file_player-2] process has died [pid 203682, exit code -11, cmd /media/xchu/d6fb87f2-6dbb-4a65-be02-7768d3347426/home/xchu/data/Mulran/player_ws/devel/lib/file_player/file_player __name:=file_player __log:=/home/xchu/.ros/log/f4efa572-4612-11ef-bbe8-0537071d7f20/file_player-2.log].
