It seems that there is some [handler](https://github.com/k8snetworkplumbingwg/sriov-network-device-plugin/blob/1f1822bf0bbb25bff55190fcad861617c1a2abb7/pkg/resources/server.go#L154) for `updateSignal`, but I assume that has to be issued by kubelet (?). Do you want to make DP 'proactively' scan the devices...
