For some reason the new PWM_STEERING_THROTTLE parameter, which replaces `pigpio_pwm` is trying to call the I2C driver, which creates a conflict if that's already being used for the OLED screen....
If you're installing QGC with Ubuntu 20.x under WSL, you need one more line in the installation instructions: sudo apt-get install -y libpulse-dev
