Try restarting the app, make sure notifications aren't muted (right-click an empty space, there is a `Mute Notifications` checkbox in the menu).

Do you have any other computer to try? Do you have any applications that could interfere, i.e. something that prevents windows from appearing on top?

Interesting... are you running only one instance of the app? How many columns and accounts do you have in total?

Can you please try installing Dev Tools (checkbox in the TweetDuck installer), open it (Ctrl+Shift+I), click Console, and see if you can spot any differences in error reports or warnings...

I have no idea. I can barely even find how to even access my collections on twitter.com, so if they're hiding it so well I doubt it could do something...
