It fails because you can't have a mount over data and in my images I keep `node` in `/opt/hostedtoolcache`

there is no need for symlink, act supports `DOCKER_HOST` like other docker tools

Change so it pulls by default 😛 or add feature that fetches latest meta about used image and warn user when image is outdated/doesn't match
