Treatment of elevation and pressure

Suggest to rewrite Contact.mo with: - pressure (to be above atmospheric pressure) - elevation z - volume flow rate (to be discussed)

One possible alternative could be: AbstractTwoPortElement -> - AbstractPipe - AbstractSingularLossElement (typical for trash racks, contractions/expansions etc.) - AbstractControlledElement (typical for both gates and valves) - AbstractTurbine

Use IEC60193 standard formulas for determining site specific physical parameters (g,rho,p_atm,p_vap etc.)

I already have Modelica model for these. We will discuss tomorrow.
