I think it's useful to have a section (perhaps starting with a new .md file) that lists every parser feature and its commonly agreed definition. This does answer the question...

I stand corrected, this has nothing to do with hard-coded type in custom column (see #15952). It's about the lack of boolean/logical support in custom column.
