That just ends instantly. Does it work on Windows if you only have those 2 files?

Same thing with the textures. It just exits instantly.

Whats wrong here? A 20 year old RTS game not being able to saturate a 6900XT is pretty expected.

Just look at the game. They replaced some textures and some models with higher fidelity versions but it's still far from a demanding game for the GPU.

 Looks fine here but the game sets a depth bias so I strongly suspect it's another case of this one: #2892

Performance with VKD3D-Proton on Nvidia is fine on Linux.
