I dont know, if its related, but voltages for integrated graphics are too high too: (maybe worth another issue?)

I as a User would expect it in the already existing "RAM" category. Looking forward to have my DIMM Temps shown in LHM! ;)

Broken for me too, no DIMM Temps with this one.
