[1.16.5] Chisel Carpets and Wool CTM not working - missing mcmeta files

The wool asset folders seem to be missing the x.png.mcmeta files to make the CTM work

Everytime I try to open the Craft Guide, it opens for a moment and then this happens: http://pastebin.com/mtZ2aWJd Is to much mods/recipes a possibility?

### What happened? I am experiencing a weird bug where my client will freeze for good (waited more than 10 minuetes in one instance) when i am opening a chest...
