[1.16.5] Chisel Carpets and Wool CTM not working - missing mcmeta files

The wool asset folders seem to be missing the x.png.mcmeta files to make the CTM work

Made a small Resource pack containing .mcmeta files to fix the issue. You can use the files if you want to. ChiselWoolFix.zip
