Hmm seems abandon, but i'm interested in this library, also to contribute... Probably we should create separate repo and add to packagist.org ?!

## Describe the bug Terragrunt version 0.91.5 allowed to set working-dir and run tofu commands on units that included some shared configuration. Upgrading to terragrunt 0.93.x seems changed/degraded that behavior....
