I ran it in the order you said. There was no problem running yolov3tiny.launch, but an error was reported when running sort.launch. The error is below, and the PY file gave permissions.

@Buttosaii When I used it, there was a tiny launch file in darknet_ros, now there isn't so you should look into fixing it yourself as I don't mantain it anymore....
