Looking at RAR file it seems that levels are redrawn (or converted) into *.lev files. The RAR also contains arts and staff which is probably under c@pyrights.

Does that mean that the Android port is mainly developed by @pelya and I should file bugs at https://github.com/pelya/commandergenius ?

Sounds good from the network point of view. But what's the use case here? I don't know many local net interactions with Android devices...

See it too on Android 7 upon phone restart. BTW having "run in foreground" ON, I don't know it interferes anything.
