Not sure what do you mean. Webtorrent is fully featured torrent client, so I don't understand what does it mean to integrate it. Regardless, I'm not working on this project...

Since I put the comment in #12 I've actually started working on rqbit again. But as for WebRTC support, maybe some day, but not planning for it at the moment....
