my windows is not updated from 10, it is fresh installation. hmm could it be permission thing i will try sort it out to take ownership of all the drives.

Just tested Faststone Viewer 7.5 can delete the file without prompt and go to Recycle Bin. qimgv won't go to Recycle Bin.

I think i solved the problem. I changed all the Drives ownership from D: to F: to my Microsoft account, and now i can delete files and go to Recycle...
