It took me a long time to find the available config options since they don't seem to be defined anywhere inside this project. Finally found them in the sibling project....
* allow user to define desired width * detect terminal width if possible
It would be nice if users could override default toot settings, especially for TUI, for example to change the color scheme or symbols used for boost/retweet (see #141).
Some things which could be configurable: * palette * symbols for favourite, reblog & reply - some fonts might not have the default ones * app for viewing media

Via config file presumably. Need to consider best way of doing this.
