With the fix in test_patching, it looks like there is some sort of data conversion issue with fit (not in float types).

This specifically modifies some files which I am not sure are actually used. I'm going to look into it. I believe that the oneDAL implementation may supersede the DAAL defined...

This code change should be accepted. However, this only impacts running DAAL not on CPUs. We should set a clear standard about future support.

Change no longer necessary.

@napetrov @homksei , I was forced to delete some fpga lines that I didn't understand. Could you give this a look to make sure I haven't done anything wrong?
