No, with a fresh session it loads almost instantly.

There is no errors in the server logs. Also sometimes QOwnNotes crashes after opening the settings; it hands for a second, then terminates.

I opened the log window in the app and chose "send to file" and copied the text. I turned the screen on/off many times during a whole day of usage.
