Thanks for your response! I'm using the standard controller (pictured below):  I have made sure to connect according to your instructions with no success.
I tired that and the device didn't show up. When I open my device manager I cannot see the device either.
Hi unfortunately that did not work either. My computer never seems to recognize the controller was connected.
I have. Does the DJI Assistant 2 have a part in the installation of the remote controller driver?
