Cannot install USB driver on remote controller
I tried installing the WinUSB driver for my Mavic 2 enterprise remote controller using Zadig, but the controller was not detected in the COM ports of my computer. Attached is a screenshot of Zadig showing no devices found.
Has anyone ran into this before?

Hi. I'd like to know which remote control you use. Do you use the DJI Smart Controller(https://www.dji.com/smart-controller?site=brandsite&from=nav)? In addition, Please connect the remote controller to your computer using Micro-USB cable before turn on your remote controller.
Thanks for your response!
I'm using the standard controller (pictured below):
I have made sure to connect according to your instructions with no success.
You try select Options > List All Devices and then you will see dji device.
I tired that and the device didn't show up. When I open my device manager I cannot see the device either.
please check these following. 1.Open Zadig 2.Put usb from controller, make sure the controller power off 3.Power on your controller 4.select Options > List All Devices
Hi unfortunately that did not work either. My computer never seems to recognize the controller was connected.

Hi. If you connect the RC to the computer, can you see a yellow warning icon in the DJI item inside Ports (COM & LPT) in device manage?
