Looks like those errors are all from https://github.com/openseadragon/openseadragon/pull/2710. @ruven When you made your PR we didn't have our automatic unit test running working (it's fixed now), so we weren't alerted...

I've merged #2722 and restarted the build here.
There have been a lot of changes to MouseTracker since #1537, so any work on that front probably needs to be started over. But yes, some events are intentionally blocked...
@msalsbery As far as I know, we're still canceling the events. In fact, from peoples' reports, it seems that we are canceling them even more aggressively than before 3.0. #1537...
